NIAGARA FALLS —

Peter J. Kieley died on Friday, October 25, 2013 in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston. He was born in St. John's New Foundland, Canada on August 19, 1931, the son of John  and Elizabeth (Williams) Kieley.
He joined the US Army and served during the Korean War, becoming a citizen of the the United States. Mr. Kieley worked for Pyron, the Carborundum Company and retired from Harrison Radiator as a millwright in 1979. He loved visiting his home and property in Zurich, Ontario, where he and his wife hosted many family gatherings, picnics and parties.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia (Regier) Kieley; sons, Bruce (Bonita) Kieley of London, Ontario, Gary (John McNamara) Kieley of Ransomville; brothers, Gus, Jimmy and Mike; sisters, Patsy, Mary Duke and Bernice; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Bryan Kieley, in 2012;  and siblings, Larry and John; and infant sister, Mary.
Friends may call on Monday from 1-5 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where funeral services will be held at 5 PM . Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials, if desired, may be made to the Wounded Warriors, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
