Tony D. Ranalli

AMHERST — Tony D. Ranalli, of Wheatfield, age 92, passed away May 19, 2013 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.

Mr. Ranalli was born July 15, 1920 in Williamsburg, PA, son of the late Luigi and Ercola Ranalli.

Tony served in the US Army Air Corp as a Sergeant in the Air Transport Command, in the African and Middle East Theaters during WWII. He retired in 1985 from the GM Engine Plant in Tonawanda, following 24 years of service.

Mr. Ranalli was an avid cat lover. He enjoyed skating, both ice and roller; he skated at  the     Rainbow Roller Rink until he was 70 years old.

Tony was predeceased by his brothers and a sister. He is survived by his loving extended      family, Bob and Lorraine Pierce and family.
