Joseph B. Medley

NIAGARA FALLS — Joseph B. Medley, 37, was born August 2, 1975 in Lewiston, NY. He was the loving son of Rosetta Stewart, Benjamin J. Medley and the late Jewell Ann Martin. He departed from this Earth suddenly May 19, 2013.

Joey or Jose, as he was known by friends, attended St. John's Catholic grade school and later graduated from Niagara Falls High School. He was recently enrolled at Bryant and Stratton College, pursing a degree in business. Joey was raised well; he was a man with honor and respect. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed working out, lifting weights, boxing and music. He was also a talented barber.

In addition to his sister, Zantippe Black-Walker, he is survived by his fiance of over 15 years, Camille Williams. He was a dedicated father, protector and provider for his children, Jhanae, Joseph Jr. and Kiara Medley. He was also an awesome surrogate father to Sciere Walker. He also leaves behind two nieces, Rashinika Vails, Zenina Walker and a great-nephew, Ramone Westbrook, Jr.; as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation, Saturday 10 AM in the New Jerusalem Revival Center. Funeral to follow at 11 AM. Burial, Oakwood. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main St.
