Duane Gworek

NORTH TONAWANDA — Duane Gworek, 52 years old, of North Tonawanda, passed away on June 2, 2014, at his home. He was born in Niagara Falls on August 27, 1961, the son of the late Bronislaw "Barney" and Stephania (Zaidel) Gworek.

Duane attended local schools and graduated from Trott Vocational High School. He was formerly employed by Diebold and as a project manager for Sears.

Duane is survived by his daughter, Sarah Gworek of Tulsa, OK; his brother, Christopher Gworek of Florida; his sister, Claudia (William) Dineen of Rochester; his granddaughter, Arrianna Gworek; an aunt, five nephews and several cousins. Also survived by his close friends, Jerome and Denise Bobak.

NO PRIOR VISITATION. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Divine Mercy Parish, corner of Niagara and 24th Streets, with Rev. Jacek P. Mazur officiating. Arrangements by the LABUDA FUNERAL HOME, INC.
