Betty Kralick

ALACHUA, FL — Betty Kralick, 83, of Alachua, FL, passed away July 14, 2013, at E.T. York Hospice Care Center.  She was born April 21, 1930 in Niagara Falls, NY.  She was member of the Red Hat Society and the Shepherd Center at Trinity United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Kralick and granddaughter, Nicole Herman.  Betty is survived by son, Robert (Christine) Buck of Chesterfield, MO; daughter, Debra (Richard) Herman of High Springs, FL; step-son, Dr. Louis (Barbara) Kralick of Anchorage, AK; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also, survived by her sister, Diane Scarupa of Niagara Falls.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 NW 23rd Ave., Gainesville, FL. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32606; or to the University of Florida Foundation, Cracchiolo Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund (F018477).
