Cheryl A. Morden

NIAGARA FALLS — Cheryl A. (Sherry Cole) Morden, lifetime resident of Niagara Falls, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 22, 2013, after a courageous three year battle with cancer. She was 47. Cheryl was born in Niagara Falls on May 22, 1966 to Donald (Bo) and Margaret (Whysong) Cole.  She attended local schools and graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School in 1984, and then worked for Par-Med Pharmaceuticals until the birth of her son, Cole. Cheryl enjoyed bingo, her camp in Bath, NY and spending time with her family and friends.

Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Donald C. Morden; her son, Cole C. Morden; her parents, Bo and Margaret Cole; siblings, Robert (Kim) Cole, Donna (Rich) Rotella, Brenda (Frank) Bosley and Kelly (James Martino) Ricotta. She is also survived by her father-in-law, Robert Curtiss (Diane VanEvery) Morden; sisters-in-law, Brigette Morden and Babette (Marc) Grenier, all of Edmonton, AB; brother-in-law, Doug Morden of Vancouver, BC; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Donald C. Morden II and her sister, Michele (late Robert) McDonald.

Friends may call at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Wednesday (today) from 4-8 PM, where funeral services will be held at 8 PM. Burial will be private at the     convenience of the family. Flowers gratefully declined.
