Roy E. Burnham, US Army CWO (Ret.)


Roy E. Burnham, US Army CWO (Ret.), 84, of New Port Richey, passed away on February 16th.  Roy born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY, and moved to New Port Richey in 1987 after retiring from IBM. He was a member of the LaSalle Sportsman's Club and an avid conservationist.
He is predeceased by his wife of 57 years, June E. Burnham. He is survived by two sons, Timothy (Cynthia) of Katy, TX and Jay (Jennifer) of Ponte Vedra, FL; three daughters, Cynthia Burnham of St. Petersburg, FL, Cheryle (Douglas) Henderson of Youngstown, NY and Michelle (Randall) Evans of Trinity, FL; and was a loving grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  He was also predeceased by one sister, Janet Carr; and four brothers Fred, Robert, John and William. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Malvern Luschen; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 PM at Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home, 5228 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey, FL.
