Alice M. Renninger

KENMORE — Alice M. Renninger (nee Geiss), age 89, of North Tonawanda, February 4, 2013 in Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Alice had been an active member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ serving as an Elder and as a member of the church council. She was a past unit president and life member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid bowler and golfer.

She was the wife of the late John Renninger; beloved mother of Marcia (Gary) Sieckman of   Wisconsin, Joan (Gary) Rockenbrook of North Tonawanda, John (Mary) Renninger of Wisconsin, Randolph (Eve) Renninger of Maryland, and Amy Renninger Clapsadle of North Tonawanda. Grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sister of Barbara Jacobi of North Tonawanda and the late Violet and June; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Wednesday & Thursday from 2- 4 & 7-9 PM. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM from St. Peter's United Church of Christ, 1208 Oliver St., the Rev. Jonathan Lawrence will officiate. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to St. Peter's United Church of Christ.
