Reverend John Weston Neff


The Reverend John (Rambo) Weston Neff, 57, (January 12, 1957- April 5, 2014) of Niagara Falls, NY went home to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ due to complications after a lengthy battle with diabetes.
He graduated from Trott Vocational High School in 1974 and then immediately entered the Army National Guard as a Calvary Scout. After eight years of service, he received an Honorable Discharge as a Specialist E-4. Following his service, he worked in a variety of construction jobs, such as welder, laborer, landscaper, roofer and painter for various companies. In addition to his construction skills, he was also a proficient locksmith. His most recent employment was with Parkway Condominiums in Niagara Falls, NY as a security guard and maintenance man, until his retirement due to illness in 2004.
He was predeceased by his mother, Betty Rachel Neff (September 30, 1938  April 17, 2004); and baby, Douglas Neff. He is survived by four children, John Neff, Constantina Neff, Joseph Neff and Timothy Neff. He will be greatly missed by his two sisters, Cindy Neff and Linda Johnson; and his niece and nephew, Ariel Johnson and Andrew Johnson, who reside in Jacksonville, FL.
There will not be any public funeral or prior visitations. All flowers are gratefully declined. Any memorials and donations can be made to the Salvation Army, the charity John loved and donated much of his time.
