Margaret Jean Shaw


Margaret Jean Shaw, 84, of Niagara Falls, died on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Northgate Healthcare Facility after a brief illness, under the care of Niagara Hospice and Northgate staff.
Mrs. Shaw was born on February 22, 1929, the daughter of Charles and Ella (Shields) Chittenden. She formerly worked at several local automobile agencies and businesses as a bookkeeper. She was a long time member of the LaSalle Church of Christ in Niagara Falls.
Mrs. Shaw is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Keith S. Shaw; her daughters, Marcia (Shaw) Wyatt of Sanborn, Leslie (Shaw) Wilmot of North Tonawanda, and Pamela (Shaw) Schnell of North Tonawanda; five grandchildren, Alyssa Hepburn, Haylei and Thomas Wilmot, Jordan and Austin Schnell; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Moore.
Relatives and friends may gather at LaSalle Church of Christ, 1121 North Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, where a Memorial Service will be held on July 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park, Lewiston.
