Sally A. Fowle


Sally A. Fowle, of  Youngstown, NY, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013, in Niagara Hospice House surround by her family. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on December 7, 1938, the daughter of the late  William and Mary Bridget  (Boyce) Jacobs.
Mrs. Fowle graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She was employed with Harrison Radiator in Lockport for 19 years, before retiring in 1992. Mrs. Fowle loved spending time with her family and enjoyed traveling, cooking and going to the casino.
She was the wife of 54 years to the late Robert C. Fowle, who died in December of 2012. Mrs. Fowle is survived by her four children, Robert Fowle of Youngstown, NY, Eileen (Mike) Batchen  of Tonawanda, NY,  Karen (Ed) Linnane of Lewiston, NY and Scott (Annemarie) Fowle of Niagara Falls, NY; three grandsons, Joshua Fowle of Lewiston, Scott and Sean Fowle, both of Niagara Falls, NY; two sisters, Evelyn (late Victor) Curcio and Eileen (Donald) Kalar; two sisters-in-law, Jackie and Debbie Jacobs. She is also survived by a large number of loving in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Thomas, Donald (late Marilyn), William and James Jacobs and Virginia Kirchue.
The family will be present on Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday from 11-2 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM, with the Rev. Michael P. Zuffoletto officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Inurnment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
