Angeline M. "Angie" Kulikowski


Angeline M. "Angie" (nee Puchlerz) Kulikowski of the Town of Wheatfield, entered into eternal life on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at Elderwood Health Care Facility at Crestwood after a brief illness. Angie celebrated her 96th birthday on August 2nd with family and friends.
She and her husband, Joe, owned and operated Little Joe's Restaurant in Tonawanda and Little Joe's Roller Rink in the Town of Wheatfield. Angie was a longtime parishioner of the former St. Joseph's RC church where she was a member of the Home School Association and Altar Society. She was also involved in many local organizations including Wheatfield Seniors, Garden Club and St. Johnsburg Women's Auxiliary. She volunteered for many years at Northgate Nursing Home, BEN Nursery and was honored as a 32-year volunteer at Crestwood Nursing Home. Angie enjoyed crafts, knitting, crocheting, ceramics and painting. She is fondly remembered for the beautiful wedding cakes she created and delivered with her husband, Joe. Angie loved being surrounded by her family and friends, especially at holiday times.
Wife of the late Joseph Kulikowski; dearest mother of Joseph (Linda), Ted (late Bonnie), Joann (Larry) Grabowski, Janet (Greg) Fusare and the late Jane Bors; proud and loving Nana to fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by four brothers and two sisters. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children and grandchildren.
The family will be present to greet relatives and friends on WEDNESDAY, August 21 from 3-8 PM at the SABER FUNERAL HOME, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda (692-0271).
Family and friends are asked to gather at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Flowers graciously declined. Memorial gifts may be made in Angie's honor to St. Johnsburg Fire Co.
