Catherine A. Lewis


Catherine A. Lewis, of Tonawanda, NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at the Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY, of compilations from Scleroderma. She was a member of the Tuscarora Nation, (Bear Clan) who was born in Buffalo, NY, on December 31, 1965, the daughter of the late Merl J.  and Joan E. (Patterson) Lewis.
Catherine graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School and had attended the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. She was employed with various businesses in the area. Catherine enjoyed drawing and doing crafts.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Hall of Niagara Falls, NY; one brother, David A. Lewis and his wife, Ann Poole, of Hillsborough, NH; and her former husband, Timothy Hall of Niagara Falls, NY. Catherine was the sister of the late Paul J. Lewis.
The family will be present on Saturday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY. Private funeral services will be at the wishes of her family. Memorials may be made in her name to the  Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery on the Tuscarora Nation.
