Robert "Bob" L. Good

NIAGARA FALLS —

Robert "Bob" L. Good, 85, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Chester Hill, PA, he was the son of the late Melvin and Alma (Ginnick) Good.
Bob attended school in Pennsylvania and during the Korean War he served in the Armed Forces with the Military Police from 1951 until his honorable discharge in 1952. Following his discharge, he came to Niagara Falls and became employed by the Goodyear Co. in Niagara Falls, NY, until retiring in 1988. Following his retirement, Bob worked at K-Mart in the Town of Niagara for eight years. In his leisure time, Bob enjoyed golfing, bowling, gardening and his daily trips to O.T.B.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalie M. (Mercurio) Good; two step-children, Ronald (Brenda) Falvo of Niagara Falls, NY and Renee Falvo of Leicester, MA and was Pap to his grandchildren, Stephanie and Vincent Falvo, who were the light of his life and the sunshine in his heart. He is also survived by his siblings, Barbara (late Eldon) Goss and Edward (Leona) Good, both of Philipsburg, PA; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Bruno (Mary Ann) Mercurio, Anna Marie (Alex) Rihaly; his dear friend, Lori Facteau; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Mona (late Bill) Trude.
Visitation will be on Friday from 4-8 PM at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 26th at 10 AM with Rev. Daniel Mann officiating. Private entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Robert Good may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation of WNY, PO Box 3396, Buffalo, NY 14240.
