Lori S. Farrell Marrs, of Niagara Falls, died on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at home. She was 55. She was born in Dansville, NY on March 25, 1958, the daughter of Patricia A. (Godlewski) Wolfanger of Dunellen, FL and the late Kenneth B. Wolfanger.
Attending Wayland, NY schools, she continued her education receiving her Associate's Degree from Onondaga Community College and her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the SUNY at Fredonia with high honors. She was a 9th grade social studies teacher for Christian Central Academy, Williamsville and Gowanda Jr./Sr. High School. Most recently, Lori was employed by Fed Ex Trade Networks. In her leisure time, she loved visiting a lake, water skiing an added bonus, reading, sewing, arts and crafts and playing the piano.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children, son, Shane Farrell and his wife, Rachel of North Tonawanda; daughter, Meghan Farrell of Niagara Falls; siblings, Keryn (Barry) Shaver of Wayland, D. Kenneth Wolfanger (Karen) of Brooksville, FL, Daryl (Roberta) Wolfanger of N. Coshocton, NY, Robb Wolfanger of Dansville, Mark Wolfanger (Kelly Jerome) of Wayland; special friend, Mikey Brown of Niagara Falls; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 AM. The interment will be held privately.
