Helen Kasprzak

NIAGARA FALLS — Helen (Bies) Kasprzak, 91, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 in Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 5, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine (Wozny) Bies and attended local schools. Helen was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church and a homemaker.

She is survived by her grandson, Joseph J. Karas III; her daughter-in-law, Lynn Karas, both of Depew, NY; and her sister, Josephine "Jean" Jacoboski of Erie, PA. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Joseph S. Kasprzak; her son, Joseph J. Karas II and her brothers, Stanley (Alfreda) and John (Helen) Bies.

THERE IS NO PRIOR VISITATION. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC.
