Jimmie Ewing

NIAGARA FALLS — Jimmie Ewing, 59, of Niagara Falls, entered into rest on Sunday, March 17, 2013, in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, Niagara Falls, NY, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 22, 1954 to the late Arvie and Arcola Ewing.

He attended local schools, graduating in 1972 from Niagara Falls High School. He had been      employed at Pyrotek, Inc. until his disability in 2010.

Jimmie loved spending time with his loving wife, Cathy; his step-son, Paul Everett, Jr. and his grandchild, Nevaeh. He also loved sports, movies and being with family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Cathy; one step-son, Paul Everett, Jr.; three sisters, Maud Minifield, Annie Richardson and Delores Goodwin, all of Niagara Falls; two brothers, Curtis Ewing and Arvis Ewing, both of Niagara Falls; sisters-in-law, Rosaland (Roy) Scott, Jr., Cynthia Pickett and Roxanne Fields, all of Niagara Falls, Annette Nabors and Michelle Clark, both of Atlanta, GA; brother-in-law, James Clark of Atlanta, GA; also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and one brother, James Ewing.

A celebration of life for Jimmie will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013, with visitation at 11 AM and funeral services to follow at 12 Noon at WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street, Niagara Falls, NY, where Pastor Craig Pritchett of True Bethel Church and Elder Vanessa Scott will conduct services.
