Daniel P. White

NIAGARA FALLS — Daniel "Dan" P. White, 64, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Niagara Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Daniel J. and Helen M. (Collins) White.

Dan was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY.  He attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1968. He worked in the Maintenance Department for the City of Niagara Falls. Dan enjoyed watching old movies and was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. He was very proud of his Irish heritage and having his birthday on St. Patrick's Day.

Dan is survived by one sister, Patricia M. (Joseph W.) Edwards of Niagara Falls, NY and was predeceased by one brother, James F. White. He is also survived by two nephews, J. William "Billy" (Sara) Edwards and James "Jimmy" Edwards, both of Cleveland, OH.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 12th at 1:00 PM in St. Raphael Church, 3840 Macklem Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, with the Very Rev. Michael W. Edwards officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities of Buffalo, 471 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY 14209. Arrangements by M.J.
