Katarzyna Rzepecki

NIAGARA FALLS — Katarzyna (Bera) Rzepecki, 87, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at Schoellkopf Health Care Center. Born November 25, 1925 in Lechow Kielce, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Stanislaw and Marianna (Flis) Bera. She attended local schools there and came to the United States in 1965. Katarzyna was employed at St. Mary's Manor as a housekeeper and was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Christine(Robert) Dier of the Town of Niagara and son, Thaddeus (Alicia) Rzepecki of Getzville, NY; granddaughters, Sandra (Chris) Harvey, Jennifer Rzepecki and two great-grandsons; her sister, Stanislawa (Aleksy) Szczykutowicz of Poland. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Joseph-Jozef Rzepecki on January 14, 1990; and her brothers, Antek, Ludwig and Marian Bera.

Friends may call Friday, June 21st from 5-7 PM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC., 319-24th St., cor. Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin on Saturday at 9:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in Divine Mercy Parish, 24th & Niagara Sts., with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. Burial following in Holy Trinity  Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
