LOCKPORT — Linda M. Jackson, Sanborn Farm Museum Curator, age 66, of Sanborn, formerly of Niagara Falls, was called to her heavenly home on February 1, 2014, while at the Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, from complications of her lengthy kidney disease. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on March 19, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Margaret (Tucker) Fogg. Linda was raised in Sanborn, a 1965 graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School, was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Paul Jackson on May 8, 1966, at the former Sanborn Baptist Church, where they were longtime members. Linda and Paul were blessed and raised four children in the LaSalle area and moved back to Sanborn in 2001, where she became involved with a new organization, The Sanborn Area Historical Society, where she became curator of their new farm museum. For many years she worked side by side with her husband in his duties as president of the Niagara River Anglers Association, and was a former Red Cross volunteer of the year, at Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

Survivors include her loving husband; children, Karen (Rob) Dunn, David (Jennifer) Jackson, Patti Spaulding and Kenneth Jackson; grandchildren, HM3 Aric Jackson, Sarah (William) Young, Lindsay Spaulding, Rebecca Jackson, Zachary Spaulding, Kyle Davis, Mackenzie Spaulding, YNSN Hannah Jackson, Samuel Jackson, Kenneth Jackson, Jr., Matthew Jackson, Shayla Dunn, Ethan Jackson, Brenna Dunn and Marissa Jackson; a great-granddaughter, Teagan Sipos; a sister, Donna (Harold) Smallwood; three sisters-in-law, Arlene Decker, Carol Klenner and Sharon (Joseph) Dunmire; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME (731-3234), 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz), in Wheatfield, on Tuesday from 3-8 PM. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Michael A. Keicher, assisted by Rev. Dr. Steven Dunmire on Wednesday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sanborn area Historical Society or Niagara Hospice.
