LEWISTON — Helen K. Bonenti, of the Village of Lewiston, NY, passed away peacefully in her home on       Sunday, June 9, 2013. At her side were her two children, Katherine and Charles and her devoted caregiver, Dianna Kitcho.

They moved back to Niagara Falls and later to Lewiston. They had been married for 55 years at the time of Carlo's passing in 2009.

Helen will always be remembered as a quiet and gracious lady who fought her illness with dignity and never failed to say "Thank you" for the smallest gesture. She always took great pride in her home and used her many skills as a needlewoman and cook to make it warm and welcome. Helen will be greatly missed and remain in the hearts and thoughts of those she touched.

She is survived by two children, Katherine Bonenti of Larkspur, CA and Charles Bonenti of Williamstown, MA.

Private funeral services were held at the wishes of her family. Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements were made though the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, Lewiston, NY.
