Dale Stuart Billips

NIAGARA FALLS — Dale Stuart Billips died, suddenly, on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at the age of 55. He was born on September 19, 1956, at Johnson Air Force Base, Irumagawa, Japan, son of Lester G. Billips, Sr. (deceased) and Nina M. Billips.

He graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1973, and joined the Army for three years (1973-1976). He enjoyed cooking and baking as his vocation. He was a member of Grace Calvary Church.

Dale is survived by his mother, Nina M. (Hart) Billips of Niagara Falls, NY; two sisters, Cheryl E. O'Loughlin of Niagara Falls, NY and Nina L. Morales of Royersford, PA; two brothers, Lester G. Billips, Jr. of Syracuse, NY and Douglas E. Billips of Bucyrus, OH; three aunts; cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 24th at Grace Calvary Church, 1501 Weston Ave., Niagara Falls, NY. Viewing will take place at 11:30 AM and the service will begin at 12 PM with Pastor James E. Jones, Jr., officiating. Interment will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park, 5871 Military Road, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street.
