BUFFALO — Mario L. D'Antuono II, of Wheatfield, NY, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014, in the Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY.

He was  born in Niagara Falls, NY on July 9, 1971, the son of Paulette Coty-D'Antuono of Wheatfield, NY and the late Mario D'Antuono.

Mario graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School and received his HVAC certification from BOCES.

He was employed as a construction worker and worked in the HVAC field. Mario was very family orientated and looked forward to spending time with his family and friends, and enjoyed fishing, listening to rock music and  loved his animals. He was a motorcycle and dirt bike enthusiast.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Marilyn D'Antuono of Niagara Falls, NY and  Jenelle (Gary) Kitcho of Sanborn, NY; one brother, Frank D'Antuono; two nephews, Justin Kitcho and Joseph D'Antuono; one niece, Marisa D'Antuono, along with many great-nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by  also many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the brother of the late Michelle D'Antuono and grandson of the late Norm and Joyce Demas.

The family will be present on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 4671 Townline Road, Ransomville, NY, with the Rev. James R. Bastian officiating. Entombment in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
