Peter T. Wrobel

NIAGARA FALLS —  

Peter T. Wrobel, 64 years old passed away on November 4, 2012 at the Erie County Home in Alden, NY. He was born on April 9, 1948 in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of the late Peter J. and Mary A. (Krysiak) Wrobel.
Pete attended Holy Trinity Parochial School and was a 1966 graduate of Niagara Falls High School. He served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War from March 25, 1968 until his honorable discharge on March 24, 1970. Pete was a sharpshooter and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. Pete worked as a laborer for over 30 years at the Carborundum Co. and retired from Washington Mills in 2008. He had numerous hobbies which included softball, hockey, fishing and his favorite pastime, golfing.
Pete is survived by his son, Peter M. Wrobel of Niagara Falls; his brothers, Thomas (Donna) Wrobel of Niagara Falls and Matthew (Jeanie) Wrobel of Chicago, IL; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Paul (Rozanne) Wrobel.
There is no prior visitation. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. ARRANGEMENTS BY THE LABUDA FUNERAL HOME, INC.
