Paul T. Bourque

LEWISTON —  

Paul T. Bourque, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at his home under the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on July 28, 1938, the son of the late Arthur E. and Agnes (Kane) Bourque.
Mr. Bourque attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Bishop Duffy High School. He was a equipment operator with National Fuel for over 25 years. Mr. Bourque enjoyed camping and traveling with his family. He coached youth football and baseball and was also a Cub Scout leader.
He is survived by his wife of  52 years, Frances C. (Cafarella) Bourque; two sons, Paul A. Bourque of Lewiston, NY and Philip J. (Barbara) Bourque of Niagara Falls, NY; one daughter, Gina M. (Joe) Lucchetti of Lewiston, NY; six grandchildren, Daniel, Kelly, Maggie, Gabrielle, Joseph and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Bourque was the brother of the late Brother Joseph A. Bourque, F.M.M. and Anne T.  Walsh.
The family will be present on Sunday from 4-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM, followed  by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY, with Rev. Michael P. Zuffoletto officiating. Memorials may be made in his name to the Brothers of Mercy, 10570 Bertold Road, Clarence, NY 14031. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
