Maxine D. Davis

NIAGARA FALLS — Maxine D. (Crowley) Davis, longtime resident of Niagara Falls, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at her home. She was 77. She was born in Olean, NY on August 24, 1936, a daughter of the late John N. and Edith A. (Boldman) Crowley. She attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School.

Mrs. Davis was a homemaker who raised her three children and enjoyed traveling to California for the winter, but her greatest joy was her time with her family, especially her great-grand-     daughters, Allie and Adriana.

She is survived by two children, Deborah (John) Hartman and Colleen (Vicky) Davis; six grand-children, Sunnie (Ed) Ventry, John (Kari) Hartman, Eric (Cheryl) Davis, Cheri Jackson, Jason (Erica) Davis and Frank Davis III. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Frank (Sue) Davis, and three siblings, Virginia Soares, Gertrude Bryan and Jack Crowley.

There will be no prior vitiation and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements made by LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC.
