NIAGARA FALLS —
Dolores M. (Tomasine) Kieffer, longtime resident of Niagara Falls, passed away at her home unexpectedly on Thursday, June 27, 2013. She was 76. She was born in Johnstown, PA on March 16, 1937, a daughter of the late Santo and Antonia (Roman) Tomasine. She attended schools in Central City, PA and then moved to Niagara Falls.
Mrs. Kieffer was a longtime employee of Walmart where she most recently worked as a greeter. She was a big fan of Elvis and enjoyed football and the Buffalo Bills, but her greatest joy was her time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children, Donna (George) Hayek, Darlene (Nate) Conkling, Doug (Kelly) Kieffer and Debra (Dave) Littere. She is also survived by seven grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by five siblings, John, Tressa, Mary, Joe and Blanche.
Friends may call at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, on Sunday from 4-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM, at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Road, Niagara Falls.
