NIAGARA FALLS —
Henry J. Primerano, 56, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2013, surrounded by his loving family and after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Welland, Ontario, he moved to Niagara Falls, NY with his family in 1965.
Henry worked for Falls Auto, Falls Upholstery, and the Painter's Union, all in Niagara Falls, NY. Henry was known for his mechanical skills and everyone sought his advice when it came to all types of repairs. If he stumbled across something that he was unsure about, he worked his hardest to find a solution and complete the task. His latest interest was gardening, and he kept a meticulous weed free garden, producing beautiful strawberries and blackberries. He also had a strong passion for cars and motorcycles, but most importantly will be remembered as a very loving person, especially for his care, and concern of family and friends. He was able to develop an instant friendship with someone through his simple acts of kindness, such as a sincere "Hello", or holding the door for a lady or an elderly person.
Henry is survived by his mother, Ellen Primerano of Niagara Falls, NY; and was predeceased by his father, Edward Primerano in 1997. He is also survived by his children, Janelle and Henry John Alfiere and Anthony Primerano, all of Niagara Falls, NY; three grandchildren, Joseph, Tyler, and Vinny; two brothers and two sisters, Charles Primerano (Wendy Kovacs) of Niagara Falls, NY, Anna (late Monte) Miller of Gastonia, NC, Sandie Primerano of York, SC, Dino Primerano of Virginia Beach, VA; and sixteen nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. Henry is also survived and missed by his beloved Boxer dogs, Peanuts and Mugsy.
