Mary L. Rybarczyk

YOUNGSTOWN —

Mary L. Rybarczyk, of Youngstown, NY, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2013, in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY. She was born in  Niagara Falls, NY, on December 19, 1942, the daughter of the late Hiram R. and Alice E. (Sharrow) Wilbur.
Mary graduated from Madonna High School in 1960 and from Niagara County Community College. She was a health care aide for various agencies and private duty in the area for many years. Mary was an avid baker who shared her talents with her family and friends. Her cookies were legendary. She enjoyed playing bocce, bowling, bingo, euchre, going to the casino and hoping for the big scratch-off win. Mary enjoyed  the activities at  the Lewiston Senior Center and served as a eucharistic minister, which brought much joy to her and others.
She was the wife of the late John R. Rybarczyk, who died in January of  2004. Mary is survived by two sons, John E.  Rybarczyk of Fort Worth, TX and Brian V. Rybarczyk of Lewiston; one daughter, Nancy L. (John) Neal of North Tonawanda, NY; four grandchildren, John, Crystal, Nicholas and Chase Jonathan; two sisters, Margaret C. (Robert) Dominski of Wheeling, IL and Elizabeth A. (Ronald) Printup of Sanborn, NY. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Willis R. Wilbur.
The family will be present on Sunday from 7-9 PM and on Monday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 9:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Bernard's Church, Hinman and Second Streets, Youngstown, NY, with  Msgr. Thomas J. Moran officiating. Memorials may be made in her name to the Parkinson Association. Interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
