Suzanne J. Anton


Suzanne J. Anton, of Grand Island, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at her home under the care of her family and Hospice Buffalo. She was born in Tonawanda, NY, on June 27, 1950, the daughter of John and Marilyn (Sobieraj) Zsebehazy of Rochester, NY. Mrs. Anton enjoyed doing and teaching all types of crafts and projects to children. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Anton is survived by her husband of 37 years, Ronald D. Anton; a son, Ronald J. Anton of Grand Island; two grandchildren, Isabella and Brayden Anton; a brother, John (Barbara) Zsebehazy; a sister, Lynn (William) Burden. She was the aunt of Robert Zsebehazy, Andrea and Brandon Bossert and Aaron Spacher. A devout Christian, who loved and served the Lord, she rejoiced in life's blessings and the love of her family.
The family will be present on Friday from 9:30 - 11:00 AM at St. George's Antiochian Orthodox Church, 1073 Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, with the V. Rev. Paul Solberg officiating. Interment in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements were made through the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, Niagara Falls, NY.
