Aaron A. Grant

NIAGARA FALLS —  

Aaron A. Grant, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2012. He was born in Boston, MA on June 24, 1950, a son of the late Aaron and Cynthia (Watson) Grant.
Mr. Grant graduated from English High School and Lincoln University. He later received his Master's Degree from Niagara University. He served with the US Army from 1973 until 1987. Mr. Grant was a Social Studies teacher at LaSalle Senior High School and at Niagara Falls High School. He was also employed and volunteered at the Niagara Falls Boys & Girls Club for many years. Mr. Grant enjoyed listening to all types of music, playing chess, cards and basketball. He was a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and was always interested in the latest technology.
He is survived by his wife of  36 years, Marion R. (Parchue) Grant; a daughter, Nakisha Grant; a brother, Michael Grant; also many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Paul and Robert Grant.
The family will be present on Saturday, from 11 AM-12:00 PM, at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 1124 Ontario Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, where  funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Timothy Brown officiating.
