Corey Feldman coming to Niagara Falls Comic Con

Niagara Gazette — Corey Feldman is coming to Niagara Falls Comic Con this June.

Undoubtedly one of the most famous child actors of the ’80s and ’90s, Feldman has enjoyed a career spanning over 35 years, having starred in more than 80 films, 100 commercials, and 50 television shows. Feldman is known for starring in cult classics like "The Goonies," "Stand by Me," "The Lost Boys," "Friday the 13th," "The Gremlins" and "License to Drive," to name just a few.

"Feldman has starred in some of the most successful films that span an entire generation of movie goers. To have him confirm for Niagara Falls Comic Con is huge. He’s an icon”, said Chris Dabrowski, show manager for NFCC.

Feldman is still going strong with a new solo album, featuring his first ever-music video, the launch of his internet series, a new film coming to theaters called "The M Word", his autobiography "Coreography". which will be released this Novevmber, and his new play "White Lies" will open in the UK, his new "Coreys Angels" Magazine will launch, and best of all for fan boys and girls. Recently, Feldman returned to his former beloved franchises by narrating "Memories of Crystal Lake" Friday the 13th doc, and by joining the cast of the new "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" cartoon series on Nickelodeon with former Goonies co-star Sean Astin).

“Corey is still a busy working actor in Hollywood, so we’re grateful that he is taking the time our of his schedule to appear at Niagara Falls Comic Con to meet and greet with fans. He doesn’t do many of these types of conventions, so it’s definitely a rare opportunity for fans to meet him,” Dabrowski added.

Feldman joins an impressive list of celebrities confirmed for the con, including: Adam West (Batman), Lou Ferrigno (the Incredible Hulk), David Prowse (Star Wars), Jeremy Bulloch (Star Wars), Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager), Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th, Sam J. Jones (Flash Gordon), Pat Mastroianni (Degrassi High), Lee Meriwether (Catwoman), Mick Foley (WWE Hall of Famer), the "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (WWE Hall of Famer), Tom Savini, Larry Thomas, (Seinfeld’s Soup Nazi), Jason David Frank (Green Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), and Madison Lintz (The Walking Dead).

Single-day advance tickets for Niagara Falls Comic Con are $20. A weekend pass is $30. Children 10 and under are free.

Niagara Falls Comic Con takes place on June 8 and June 9 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Canada.
