In the Niagara Gazette's third Tuesday Talks segment, Niagara-Wheatfield Superintendent Lynn Fusco sits down for a conversation with reporter Timothy Chipp to talk about the district's budget.
Among the conversation points, Fusco discussed the intricacies of creating a school's spending plan and the reasoning behind the district's drastic shift in property tax levy limit this March under the state's tax cap law.
Tuesday Talks is a new initiative of the newspaper to provide visitors to the website a different perspective from the people in power across Western Niagara County. More videos will be released each week. Previous Tuesday Talks have included a conversation with Lewiston Supervisor Dennis Brochey and a behind-the-scenes look at construction at Kalfas Magnet School in Niagara Falls.
