Grover gets 15 years in abduction of 5-year-old

Niagara Gazette —

LOCKPORT — A Tonawanda man was sentenced to 15 years in prison Tuesday in Niagara County Court on a single count of kidnapping as a sexually motivated felony after abducting a 5-year-old girl from her North Tonawanda home in July.
