Suspicious car with Massachusetts plates being investigated in Falls

Niagara Falls police and the New York State Police bomb squad are investigating a black Nissan with Massachusetts plates on Elmwood Avenue between 18th and 19th streets.

The State Police's "robot" is being used to investigate the car. The block, behind city market, has been shut down by police.

There are unconfirmed reports the car was pulled over by Falls police before the bomb squad was called in. Police have not made any comment at this point.
