Artpark reveals a few more summer concerts, price increases

Artpark is ringing in spring a day early, giving a sneak peek at who is coming to the First Niagara presents Tuesday in the Park and Coors Light Wednesdays outdoor concert series. 

Prices for the concerts and the concert packages have also been raised for this summer. Tickets now appear to be $7 and $12 advance depending on the Tuesday show, up from $5 and $10 last summer.

A new one chair per person policy will be in effect for the 2014 season as well and any blankets must be limited to 2-by-4 feet in size.

Officials released three of the Tuesday dates, one Wednesday performer, and debuted a new logo.

Tuesday in the Park

• JUNE 10: Opening night  – Daryl Hall & John Oates (Tickets $12)

• JUNE 17: Widespread Panic (Tickets $7)

• JULY 8: Boston (Tickets $12)

Wednesday concerts

• JULY 9: Sublime with Rome (Tickets $11)

The Arctic Monkeys will perform on June 18 as part of the Wednesdays series As well. Ticket for that show are $10 advance.

A limited number of “Front of Stage” tickets are available for all shows for $27 Tuesdays/ $26 Wednesdays. All tickets increase by $5 the week of the concert. Tickets for these events will go on sale March 28. The rest of the lineup will be announced throughout the spring.

First Niagara presents Tuesday in the Park general admission and “Front of Stage” season packages will also be available for purchase on March 28 for $120 general admission/$305 Front of Stage. Last year's Tuesday general admission pass was $95.
