Pair of armed robberies investigated in Lockport, Gasport

Sheriff's deputies were called to the NOCO gas station on S. Transit Road about 3:20 p.m. after the store was robbed at knifepoint.

A white man entered the store, displayed a knife and demanded money. He then fled on foot outside toward the rear of the store and jumped over a fence leading into the Woodlands Manufactured Home complex. He then entered a white sedan which was waiting on Norwood Drive in the Woodlands and drove away. There were two other people in the waiting vehicle. The suspect was described as a white male in his 20s, standing about 5-foot-9 with a thin build and scruffy beard. He wore a blue knit hat with a Sabres and Labatt's Blue logo and his coat had a large British flag on the back. Anyone with information on the NOCO robbery is asked to call sheriff's investigators at 438-3338.

A second armed robbery was reported in Gasport about three hours later.

At about 6:30 p.m., a white male, 5-foot-8 and 150 pounds, wearing a mask with holes cut in it for eyes, displayed a knife at the store. He then fled and was seen walking toward the railroad tracks to the north of the store.

Yes. Items should be taxed like they are everywhere else.
No, the indian reservations are sovereign land and they are selling them on their land.
Not up to me. Native Americans decide the rules on their land.
Don't care. Smoking isn't good for you.
