Driver's medical emergency blamed for Saunders Settlement Road accident

Town of Lewiston police say an elderly man had a medical emergency Tuesday afternoon while driving on Saunders Settlement Road, crossed the center line and struck a pay loader head-on.

The car then hit a semi truck.

The elderly male and the driver of the pay loader were taken to ECMC for non-life threatening injuries.
