International Festival runs throughout weekend

Niagara Gazette — The Niagara Street Area Business & Professional Association’s 13th annual International Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday at Gill Creek Park. The event, which starts noon and runs through 9 p.m. both days, will feature family fun, amusement rides, food, games and entertainment.

Saturday’s activities will include the opening ceremony at noon, heritage and pioneer awards at 1:30 p.m. and performances by the A-List Band (2:30 to 5:30 p.m.) and White Chocolate (6 to 9 p.m.).

Sunday will feature the International Children’s Pageant at noon, a performance by the Niagara Experience Players at 1 p.m. and the Generation Gap Band (2:30 to 5:30 p.m.) and The Diva Show Band (6 to 9 p.m.).

All proceeds will benefit the business association. Gill Creek Park is located at the corner of Niagara Street and Hyde Park Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
