Council meeting canceled

Niagara Gazette — The Niagara Falls City Council has canceled a meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. today in council chambers at City Hall.

The meeting was to have been a continuation of the council meeting of April 1 with a one-item agenda, a resolution regarding a contract to make repairs to the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion.

A statement from the council's office said the recess meeting was canceled due to personal circumstances of a member of the city council.

The resolution addressing contractual repairs to the ice pavilion that would have been discussed is expected to be addressed at the next regularly scheduled council meetings at 5 p.m. on April 15.
