• ARREST: A Falls man was charged with drunken driving and other charges. Michael A. Soliday, 30, of Lockport Road, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, driving while intoxicated, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Troopers stopped Soliday on Route 31 in the Town of Lewiston about 9:30 p.m. Monday and discovered he was driving without a driver's license. A further investigation revealed Soliday was intoxicated and that his driver’s license was revoked. Troopers also found more than 20 ounces of marijuana, hydrocodone tablets, codeine pills and a hypodermic needle in Soliday’s vehicle.

• CHARGED: Antione R. The teen said when he arrived, he was confronted by the other teen and about five or six other teenage boys, who began yelling at him. The teen said he was punched in the face and the teens spit on and threw rocks at his truck. He was treated at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. The investigation is continuing.
