Troopers stopped Soliday on Route 31 in the Town of Lewiston about 9:30 p.m. Monday and discovered he was driving without a driver's license. A further investigation revealed Soliday was intoxicated and that his driver’s license was revoked. Troopers also found more than 20 ounces of marijuana, hydrocodone tablets, codeine pills and a hypodermic needle in Soliday’s vehicle.
