Carson, 21, 759 17th St., was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and petit larceny. Court security officers said Carson spit over the railing of the balcony that looks down on the complex’s main lobby. Officers said Carson then struggled with them as they placed him under arrest. Carson is also accused of stealing and eating a banana from the complex snack stand.
• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 500 block of 70th Street. A 54-year-old man told officers that sometime between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. Thursday someone kicked in the basement door to his home. The victim said a lawn mower and a Weed Wacker were taken.

• MARIJUANA: Tracy Vicenti, 36, Bloomingdale, N.J., was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
