• ARREST: A Niagara’s Most Wanted was taken into custody on Sunday morning. Acting on tips, police arrested Juan Jose Ubiles, 24, 476 26th St., at his home. He was found hiding in the attic. Ubiles was wanted on criminal complaints charging him with first- and second-degree robbery and second-degree assault.

• ROBBERY: Police are searching for two suspects in connection with a robbery in the 1500 block of Pierce Avenue. A 24-year-old man told officers he was leaving the Hometown Market when two men approached him and got into his car with him. Inside the car, one of the suspects grabbed the victim in a choke hold while the other went through his pants pockets and took $325.

• THEFT: Officers are looking into a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1800 block of Pine Avenue. A store employee told police that a man came into the business at 1 p.m. Sunday and took $50 worth of candy.

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 500 block of 19th Street. A 40-year-old man told officers that sometime between 6 p.m. Saturday an d 7:30 a.m. Sunday someone broke into his home. The victim said his prescription medications, groceries and some speakers were taken.

• ROBBERY: Officers are looking into a robbery in the 800 block of Cedar Avenue. A 20-year-old man told police he was in the area at 3:36 a.m. Sunday when he was approached by a man who punched him in the face. The victim said the suspect then took his backpack and $10.

• ARRESTS: Two men were arrested after an incident at a hotel in the 300 block of Third Street. An off-duty police officer said he found two men in an area of the hotel, at 1:40 a.m. Sunday where they should not have been. Both men ran from the officer and both struggled as they were taken into custody. David Michael LaRusso, 30, 716 Birch St., Angola, and Donald Alan Errington, 33, 2062 Harrison Ave., Apt. B, North Collins, were each charged with third-degree burglary and resisting arrest.

• ARRESTS: Two people were arrested after a melee in the 1500 block of Pierce Avenue Saturday night. Police said a fight, involving 40 to 60 people in front of the Hometown Market, was apparently triggered by trouble between two feuding families. Demetrius R. Hayes, 21, 2414 Pierce Ave., and Lashawna L. Hayes, 18, 1543 Pierce Ave., were each charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, unlawful assembly, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

• THEFT: Police are investigating a car break-in in the 9500 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. A 38-year-old man told officers that sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturday someone broke into his 2008 Lincoln Towncar by breaking a driver’s side door lock. The victim said a laptop computer was taken.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Starpoint Central school employee reported that garbage cans were tipped over at the baseball field as well as bleachers and the port-a-potty. A spike cleaner was damaged and a light located on a storage building by the baseball field was torn off. The damage was $700.

City of Lockport

• CHARGED: Corina Vancamp, 18, 4990 Shurpike Road was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The police responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle on LaGrange Avenue. They observed a strong odor of marijuana and a green leafy substance that field tested positive for marijuana.

• CHARGED: Jessica L. Harvey, 16, 55 Phelps St. was charged with petty larceny. The police responded to Washburn Street where Harvey reportedly took a hair straightening product valued at $8.99.
