• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Fry press surfaces soiled; ventilation hoods/filters/duck work not properly cleaned/maintained, repeat; food stored uncovered in front prep cooler.

Buffalo Ling Ling Garden, 2758 Elmwood Ave.

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Sliced vegetables and cooked noodles temped at 52-55 degrees, cook voluntarily placed items back in cooler.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Debris on ground at rear of building, corrected as of April 30; two uncovered bins containing standing water observed on ground outside rear of building, corrected as of April 30; rice stored in non-food grade galvanized steel can next to three-bay sink, corrected as of April 30; several bags of flour and sugar in rear room not covered, corrected as of April 30; scoop in rice cooker lacks handle, discarded and replaced with suitable scoop.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Dispensing bottles not labeled; food containers not properly labeled in prep coolers.

Malone’s, 3020 Delaware Ave.

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Freezers in rear shed heavily fire-damaged, items still in freezer at time of inspection, told not salvage any items, repeat April 23 and April 24; bar cooler out of order due to tripped circuit due to fire, all sliced fruits and juices found to be below 45 degrees, all items moved to walk-in cooler.

    An 11-year-old who reaches out to the unwanted kids at school would not be thrown against a locker and bullied by other teens trying to make her feel small.
    And surely no teen would have a father who, when she was small, would give her to his friends for sex.
    All those things happened to the teens at Lexi’s Place.
