• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: None.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Squeezie in vegetable sink; removed; sanitizer downstairs smells of bleach but upstairs what comes out of hose at dish machine does not smell of bleach or have viscosity of bleach; entrance into dish room, walls on bottom half is not painted, bare wood.

Mulligans Sports Bar & Gill, 4343 Porter Road

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Ice scoop handle in ice cubes and a bottle of ice tea in ice cubes bin behind bar, corrected, handle and ice tea were removed and cubes voluntarily discarded.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Paper towels not in dispensers in employee restroom or at hand-wash sinks.

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Dial on food-testing thermometer was spinning freely, corrected, a new thermometer was purchased.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Wipe cloths out on countertop.

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: None.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Faucets leaking at left-side sink in chowder room and kitchen sink; light shields missing from fixtures in chowder room.

Olympia North Family Restaurant, 3312 Niagara Falls Blvd.

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Two dented cans of Sysco brand strawberry glaze found in downstairs storage area, owner moved cans to designated area to be returned to vendor, corrected; aerosol can with no label found on shelf above mop sink, employee believed it was stainless steel cleaner but was unsure, can discarded by employee, corrected; cooked sausage found in top of prep cooler next to grill in kitchen at 62 degrees, cook said sausage was cooked at 8 a.m., sliced then placed in top of cooler, product did not meet cooling time frame, voluntarily discarded by cook, corrected, cook advised not to use top of cooler unit for cooling.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Food found uncovered in coolers throughout kitchen; food stored on bare wood pallets in rear walk-in freezer; wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer on cook line; cupboard under soda machine at waitress station has food debris spillage.

• CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Upon entering kitchen for inspection, chef was observed handling lettuce with bare hands, when asked, chef stated that salad was for a customer, salad was voluntarily discarded and gloves were put on, corrected.

• NON-CRITICAL VIOLATIONS: Bags of Potatoes, onions stored on floor near toasters; some food debris buildup on bottom of coolers; covered garbage can missing from restroom.
