Barosky, 56, 2247 Falls St., Niagara Falls, was charged with felony DWI, DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and several traffic infractions.

• THEFT: Police are investigating a reported theft between noon Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday from a residence in the 2700 block of Cleveland Avenue. The victim, a 43-year-old woman, told police her red, gas-powered scooter was chained and locked to her porch when she last saw it, but the vehicle was gone and the chain was cut.
