BLOTTER: Police reports published April 30

North Tonawanda

ENDANGERING: Lisa M. Fischer, 35, of Eddy Drive, was arrested Monday on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on her own recognizance. 

LARCENY: Marc A. Maracle, 29, of Division Street, Niagara Falls, was charged Saturday with petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

Kenmore

DWI: Jose R. Rivera, 39, was charged April 23 with DWI, not wearing a seat belt, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. 

MISCHIEF: Patricia A. Mirabella, 42, was charged April 23 with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
