BLOTTER: Police reports published Sept. 18

Niagara Falls

 
• ROBBERY: Police are investigating an armed robbery in the 1300 block of 24th Street. A 48-year-old man told officers he was walking in that area at 9:45 p.m. Monday when three male suspects approached him. The victim said one of the suspects was armed with a silver handgun and demanded money. The man said he gave the suspects $29 and they walked away, going east in the 2400 block alley between Pierce and Whitney avenues.

• DWI: Ryan T. Allgrim, 31, 390 Robinson Street, was charged at 6:42 p.m. Monday on Niagara Street with DWI. Allgrim had a blood alcohol content of 0.28 and was held for court.
