BLOTTER: Police reports published July 11

Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1100 block of Haeberle Avenue. An 18-year-old boy told officers that sometime between July 2 and 1 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into his home by unknown means. The victim said a 40-inch TV and 14 video games were taken. 

• THEFT: Officers are looking into a car break-in in the 500 block of 23rd Street. A 57-year-old man told police that sometime between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into his 2012 Chevy Impala by smashing the driver’s side front window. The victim said a duffle bag and a number of construction related items were taken from the vehicle.

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 3500 block of Highland Avenue. A property manager told officers that sometime between July 1 and 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, someone broke into a vacant house by unknown means. They said a large quantity of copper pipe was stripped from the home.
