BLOTTER: Police reports published June 3

Niagara Falls

 
• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 2700 block of Welch Avenue. A 53-year-old man told officers that sometime between midnight and 1 p.m. Sunday someone entered his garage through an unlocked door. The victim said a mitre saw, a sander and a drill were taken.

 
City of Lockport

 
• DWI: Steven C. Schraeder, 22, 467 Pine St., was charged with driving while intoxicated, an equipment viollatin, failure to signal and passing a red light Saturday. According to the report, the police observed a red Mazda on Locust Street without its headlights on. The vehicle turned right on Main Street, failing to stop for a red light and failing to signal. Schraeder appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests.

 
• DWI: Patricia A. Daugherty, 21, 6598 Dysinger Road, Apt. 1 was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, unlicensed driver and alcohol beverage Saturday. The police got a call of a possible intoxicated driver on Gooding Street at 12:02 a.m. The vehicle was located on Washington Street. According to the report, Daugherty appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests.
